Players will have the ability to equip almost every base camo from MW2 onto any weapon. The system for transferring MW2 cosmetics to Modern Warfare 3 has only four confirmed exceptions, namely the Completionist Camo sets from the previous game: Gold, Platinum, Polyatomic, and Orion. These exceptional camos will remain restricted to the specific armaments unlocked for them in MW2. Engaging in weekly challenges will prove to be one of the most effective methods for unlocking new cosmetics in MW3.
