Crossover events and exclusive skins have become highly sought after in the world of free-to-play games, and with Overwatch 2 transitioning to a free-to-play model, it only makes sense for the game to pursue its own captivating crossovers. The initial Overwatch 2 crossover featured a remarkable alliance with One Punch Man, granting players the opportunity to acquire a range of skins inspired by the immensely popular anime series. Notably, this included a Saitama skin for the formidable Tank hero, Doomfist.

Their single, "Perfect Night," will be accompanied by a music video, scheduled to premiere on October 26 at 9pm PT. Excitingly, LE SSERAFIM fans can also anticipate a custom game mode inspired by the group, as well as special in-game items and hero skins. Although details regarding these crossover items are currently undisclosed, more information will be revealed on October 30. The event itself will commence on November 1.
In November 2023, Overwatch 2 is set to have a significant month. Alongside the commencement of the LE SSERAFIM collaboration, BlizzCon 2023 will take place, providing fans with updates on all of Blizzard's major games. Adding to the excitement, LE SSERAFIM will be present at BlizzCon on November 4, where they will perform "Perfect Night" during the event's closing ceremonies. As for Overwatch 2, it will be prominently featured at BlizzCon 2023, offering fans their first glimpse of the game's new Tank hero expected to join in Season 8. The identity of this new Tank hero remains speculation, but the prevalent theory suggests that Mauga will finally make his debut in Overwatch 2.
While some fans may already anticipate the details of Overwatch 2 Season 8, Season 7 still holds exciting prospects. At present, Overwatch 2 Season 7 is in the midst of its Halloween Terror event, with the highly anticipated Roadhog rework coming later in the season.
