This exceptionally rare Pokemon is being distributed to commemorate the North America International Championships and is modeled after Paul Chua's Arcanine. The moveset of Paul Chua's Arcanine consists of Flare Blitz, Extreme Speed, Will-O-Wisp, and Protect, accompanied by the Intimidate ability, Grass Tera type, and Safety Goggles as its held item.
