To provide you with a nearby landmark, the closest viewpoint is the Mosque south of the Four Markets. To expedite your travel, use fast travel to reach the Mosque where the Delight By The Dome Enigma is discovered. From there, proceed westward towards the marked location displayed on the map.

How To Solve The Challenge Enigma In AC Mirage

To unravel the riddle, Basim must pay close attention to three key phrases: "Turn east from where learned observe," "Seek out the isle where the water splits," and "Where Wheels Churn." The solution lies in finding a watermill located east of the Observatory. By utilizing the fast travel point of the Observatory, Basim should head east until he reaches the designated watermill.

Climb to the window behind the wheel, as indicated in the above image. Then, activate Eagle Vision to highlight the blocked window on the other side of the building.

Break the lock using a throwing knife and walk around to the other side of the building to climb through the open window.

Climb through the open window and jump to the ground floor to collect the Black Rostam outfit dye to solve the Challenge Enigma.
