Recent leaks have unveiled that players will have the opportunity to capture a Bloodmoon Ursaluna and a new Pokemon called Sinistcha in the upcoming Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Teal Mask DLC. Set to be released on September 13, this DLC will allow fans to explore fresh areas and expand their Pokemon collection. The Teal Mask DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet has officially announced six new Pokemon: Munkidori, Okidogi, Fezandipiti, Ogerpon, Dipplin, and Poltchageist. Although these Pokemon have been showcased in various trailers, Game Freak and Nintendo had intended to surprise fans with the additional new Pokemon until the Teal Mask's launch.
Leakers have disclosed that a new Pokemon named Bloodmoon Ursaulana, along with Sinistcha, will be introduced in the Teal Mask DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Sinistcha is believed to be part of the same evolutionary line as Poltchageist. As per leaked information shared by Centro Leaks on Twitter, it appears that players will only be able to obtain Bloodmoon Ursaluna by catching it in its specific form; evolving Ursaring will not result in obtaining Bloodmoon Ursaluna. It is important for fans to bear in mind that none of this has been officially announced thus far, so they should approach this information with caution.
Bloodmoon Ursaluna is speculated to be a Ground/Steel-type, although this could not be confirmed by the leakers with complete certainty. This variant appears as a darker interpretation of Ursaluna, featuring a red moon-shaped symbol on its forehead and one eye that is darkened. On the other hand, Sinistcha bears resemblance to Poltchageist without its container. It remains uncertain whether Poltchageist evolves into Sinistcha or vice versa, or if these two Pokemon share some other kind of relationship.
Meanwhile, leakers have divulged details about Ogerpon, a new Legendary Pokemon set to make its debut in the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Teal Mask DLC. According to the leaks, Ogerpon will possess various masks that represent different types. Specifically, examples provided include Water-type, Rock-type, and Fire-type masks.
Pokemon fans won't have to wait much longer to confirm the validity of these recent leaks. The release date for the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Teal Mask DLC is just around the corner on September 13. Soon, fans will be able to embark on their next adventures in the newest Pokemon games, available exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
