Following years spent in Blackfield Asylum, Twisted Metal organizer Calypso convinces Dollface to participate in the event, with her ultimate wish being to unlock the mask.

Calypso has trapped Kreel in a deadly contraption, and taking the key would result in his demise. Determined to free herself from its grip, Dollface enters the Twisted Metal contest, with the sole purpose of reclaiming her true face. However, despite emerging as the victor, she surprises everyone by requesting to be showcased on the grandest runway in the world. Fulfilling her desire, Calypso grants her wish, but instead places her on a colossal airport runway, where her dream quickly turns into a nightmare as she is tragically crushed by an incoming aircraft.

Both versions of Dollface drive the massive Darkside truck, which they inherited from Mr. Ash in the original Twisted Metal games. Dollface's role in Twisted Metal season 2 and her connection to John are somewhat unclear. It is highly likely that she is participating in the competition to remove the mask, putting her in direct competition with John. Moreover, John disappeared from her life at the onset of the apocalypse, which might have led her to believe that he abandoned their family. However, the truth is that he suffered from amnesia following a car accident.
