Sam Claflin found a second chance at love with girlfriend Cassie Amato.
The actor was first romantically linked to the model three years after his separation from then-wife Laura Haddock. The couple, who got married in 2013, have a son named Pip and a daughter named Margot, who were born in 2015 and 2018, respectively. Following the separation, Claflin spoke about the challenges of being a single dad and trying to find his identity in that role.
“I think I needed to work out a few kinks in my own life, to figure out who I was as this dad on my own in a house outnumbered by two toddlers,” he told Variety in February 2023. “Then this job coming out the back of that was just the most fun, joyous fresh start.”
After taking a break for himself, Claflin's romantic life started to improve. Rumors about his relationship with Amato started in July 2022 when they left playful comments on each other's social media. Two months later, they officially confirmed their relationship by posting their first Instagram photos together as a couple.

Dating rumors began to swirl after Claflin commented on several of Amato’s Instagram photos. “You are so freakin’ beautiful,” Claflin replied in one post.
Amato reciprocated by playfully commenting on a throwback photo of the Hunger Games star enjoying a slice of pizza, expressing her envy for the delicious-looking slice.

September 2022
Two months after their flirty online banter made headlines, the duo made their relationship Instagram official.
“️,” Claflin captioned a picture of him and Amato sitting on a bench in a French park.
February 2023
Despite not walking the red carpet together at the Daisy Jones & the Six premiere, Amato went to the event to show support for Claflin.
"Such an enchanting evening," the model posted on Instagram along with a series of photos from the night out. "The mesmerizing, exceptional talent of @daisyjonesandthesix is going to blow your socks off."

The couple made their first public appearance together at the 2024 Golden Globes, walking the red carpet in style. Claflin looked dashing in a white tuxedo, while Amato turned heads in a stunning black gown. Claflin was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Limited Series, Anthology Series, or Motion Picture Made for his outstanding portrayal of Billy Dunne in Daisy Jones & the Six.
