Fallout 76's release was a wake-up call for Bethesda, as the company had believed it was invincible after a string of successful games.
The development team did not fully grasp the challenges involved in creating a multiplayer game, wrongly assuming it would be a straightforward addition to the established Fallout formula.
However, despite the initial hurdles, Fallout 76 has not only managed to survive but also thrive, achieving a significant milestone and garnering strong support from the modding community.
