Druids in Diablo 4 have access to a range of effective builds throughout the game, including one focused on the Werewolf form. This build utilizes speed, critical hits, and poison-based attacks. To support this playstyle, there are multiple Legendary Aspects available, although acquiring them may pose a challenge.
The Aspect of the Blurred Beast is a specialized legendary power that is typically obtained during the middle stages of a Druid's leveling journey in Diablo 4. Fortunately, this particular Legendary Aspect is not essential for the class's other formidable builds. However, obtaining it will require a considerable amount of grinding. Prepare yourself for another epic battle against the hordes of Hell.
How to get the Aspect of the Blurred Beast in Diablo 4
Like other Legendary Aspects, the Aspect of the Blurred Beast cannot be acquired through the Codex of Power. Instead, players must rely on luck to obtain it from legendary item drops.
The Aspect of the Blurred Beast has a chance to appear on offensive Aspects, such as 1H and 2H weapons, off-hand totems, rings, amulets, and gloves. The specific weapon type obtained does not matter, although one-handed weapons or totems may be more advantageous than two-handed axes and maces. This is because they align better with the attack speed emphasis of Werewolf skills.
All Legendary Aspects can be extracted by Occultists and transferred to other compatible items, irrespective of their presence in the Codex of Power. Two-handed weapons amplify the potency of all legendary powers by 200%, while Amulets enhance them by 50%.
What does the Aspect of the Blurred Beast Do?
The potent ability grants a legendary power to the Werewolf Shred skill's dashes, enabling them to instinctively seek out and strike an adversary afflicted with poison. The impact of the attack inflicts immediate damage equivalent to the full intensity of the poison effect, with no consumption of the poison itself. Consequently, the advantages of this skill can be savored repeatedly, as long as the Shred's dash attack connects with the designated target.
The Blurred Beast aspect is most effective when used in a Poison Werewolf build that incorporates Rabies, Poison Creeper, and numerous Critical Strike-related buffs. It is worth noting that poison and other damage-over-time effects are unable to critically strike, and it remains uncertain whether Blurred Beast's bonus damage can do so.
However, the additional advantage against poisoned enemies can significantly enhance the lethality of any Werewolf Druid. Furthermore, the automatic seeking ability of Shred's dash provides a substantial quality-of-life enhancement that greatly boosts the Werewolf's ability to clear areas with area-of-effect attacks.
Diablo 4 is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
