Though lacking the Six Eyes ability possessed by Satoru Gojo, she does carry the lineage of her clan's Limitless Technique.
However, in contrast to Satoru, she possessed the power to envelop objects or individuals with Limitless through her ability. This distinctive alteration granted her authority over objects or people, enabling her to protect them in times of emergency.

Satoru Gojo led Sumiko to a training ground, where he presented her with a daunting task - to swiftly move 10 large boulders together within a tight timeframe of 20 seconds. Sumiko relentlessly exerted herself until she triumphed over the challenge, tapping into her latent inner strength.
Filled with pride, Satoru recognized Sumiko's readiness for her inaugural Cursed Battle. To prepare her for this endeavor, he escorted her to a grim and desolate house teeming with malevolent Cursed Energy.

This powerful Curse nearly succeeded in claiming Sumiko's life, but she swiftly transformed her Limitless energy into a blade and drove it through the chest of her adversary.

After observing his sister's remarkable ability to seamlessly integrate the Limitless technique with close-quarters combat, Satoru made the decision to take Sumiko to Kota, a retired Jujutsu Sorcerer, for training. Despite Kota's advanced age, Sumiko underestimated his strength, as she was unable to land a single strike on him.
As shown in the Jujutsu Kaisen fan story on YouTube, Sumiko Gojo witnessed Kota flawlessly countering her every move, which made her realize that she had a lot of ground to cover before she could reach his level of skill.Sumiko's experience was truly humbling as she came to grasp that true mastery of Cursed Energy was not about raw power, but rather about honing technique and finesse. This realization set her on a challenging and extensive path towards becoming a versatile and formidable Jujutsu sorcerer.
After the third part was released, fans showered @pavelover with acclaim for his skillful storytelling and eagerly anticipated more YouTube Shorts featuring the captivating character.
