Unraveling Khloe Kardashian's Candid Conversation With Kris Jenner on Resolving Management Challenges: Addressing Mistakes Efficiently
Khloe Kardashian confronts her mom, Kris Jenner, about her managerial shortcomings, expressing her frustration and demanding accountability in an intense conversation
Khloé Kardashian is openly expressing her dissatisfaction with Kris Jenner's position as her manager. This sentiment was clearly evident during the recent episode of The Kardashians on Thursday, November 2, where Kris, aged 67, eagerly presented a new project pitch to her daughter Khloé, aged 39.
"I'm trying to envision the next phase of [Khloé's] life," Kris revealed during an intimate interview. "She possesses such an incredible sense of humor, intelligence, eloquence, and charisma. It dawned on me that I would eagerly tune in to hear Khloé's perspective on a wide array of topics."
Believing her daughter possesses the perfect skill set, Kris proposed the idea of Khloé hosting her own podcast. "I strongly believe that you should start a podcast, especially now that everyone is doing it from the comfort of their homes," Kris enthused. "You could even use Kylie Cosmetics' nearby location as a recording venue once a week. I genuinely believe that you have the ability to captivate an audience, and remember, you're my daughter."
Khloe, on the other hand, showed less enthusiasm for the idea due to the potential long-term complications.
"But one must consider the risks and rewards. For instance, if I unintentionally mention Caitlyn Jenner as Bruce for a brief moment," she explained, referring to the former athlete's transition in 2015, "I would recognize it as an innocent error, without any malicious intent. However, such a seemingly harmless slip-up could lead to severe consequences."
Kris acknowledged Khloé's concerns but persisted in trying to sway her daughter's opinion. As the representative for Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner, Kris made an effort to dissuade Khloé from allowing fear to dictate her choices. However, the conversation grew confrontational when Khloé voiced her lack of perceived support from Kris.
"I am unable to take on additional responsibilities or start something new due to the lack of support from a team. There is no management team in place. You are only present until the contract is signed and then disappear until the next contract is brought to me," Khloé voiced. "It is your decision. As someone in their 60s, you have successfully managed and guided all of us to our current positions. I am not complaining about that, just merely acknowledging it."
Khloé expressed that her mental well-being has suffered greatly due to feeling overwhelmed in her professional life. She added, "I have no intermediary to turn to for assistance. You have no idea how little sleep I get and how I struggle to accomplish tasks because I am constantly trying to rectify mistakes."
Kris, on the other hand, prioritized mapping out future endeavors. While she understood Khloé’s feelings of frustration, Kris remained adamant about moving forward with the podcast project. In contrast, Khloé explained that embracing something new simply didn't seem logical to her.

"I need to address the 20 projects that are in a disastrous state before taking on any new ones. Neither of us knows how to fix them, otherwise they would have been resolved by now. This lack of follow-through after completing tasks is one of my frustrations with you. I'm speaking to you now in my capacity as a manager."
Khloé also expressed her frustration with the difficulty of reaching Kris to discuss her career.
"It really bothers me when I finally reach out to her after hours and hours, because it only adds fuel to the fire of whatever problem I'm facing," Khloé remarked about Kris' frequent vacations and numerous dinners. "When you have multiple clients, it's crucial to meet their diverse needs. It's just not possible for her to give each client enough attention because she's only one person. It's unrealistic to think she can handle everything and make everyone feel equally supported."
When Kris was unable to provide suggestions for resolving the problem, Khloé expressed her distrust towards her.
"I've never had a team like this in any of my previous jobs while working for you. Do I have anyone at Good American who supports and represents me? Is there someone I can contact, other than you, from the management side who can provide immediate answers? Because I can't think of a single person," she told Kris. "I always feel like I'm on my own in every aspect of my work, with no one looking out for me."
Kris held firm to her belief that Khloé was not seeing the bigger picture. Despite their differing perspectives, Kris still aimed to provide a professional resolution for her daughter. Khloé, however, contended that her mother wasn't truly listening to her.
"I have concerns with my manager, not my mom. When I try to address these concerns, there is always resistance and manipulative tactics that resemble how a mother would guilt-trip. The boundaries between the two roles become blurred. It's quite unclear," she expressed during a candid moment.
Khloé firmly rejected Kris' attempts at finding a resolution, expressing frustration and stating that she would not engage in further conversation. She felt unheard and criticized Kris for dismissing the underlying issues by pretending that everything was fine. Khloé expressed her disinterest and dissatisfaction with the situation. In response, Kris questioned why Khloé was reacting negatively.
"You're in a different headspace," Kris remarked. "I don't want to worsen your pain. I want to ensure your wounds receive the attention they need. Take a moment to relax, Khloé. Getting worked up again will only exacerbate other issues. It's not good for your well-being."
The episode concluded with Khloé and Kris still in disagreement. In a sneak peek for the next episode, Kris confided in Kathy Hilton and Paris Hilton, expressing her belief that she wasn't to blame.
"Khloé is upset with me for not giving her enough attention. She believes I have the ability to be in four places at once," she shared with the mother-daughter duo.
In a private conversation, Khloé explicitly expressed her desire to resolve the matter, stating, "There are unresolved issues between my mom and me. It is crucial for us to have a conversation and sort things out."
