Similar in appearance to silent chests, they come adorned with chains, exuding an aura of mystery. When players interact with these chests, they are presented with a list of Latin phrases that they can select to communicate with the chest. However, caution is necessary, as uttering the wrong phrase will cause the chest to vanish, taking its valuable loot along with it.
In the vicinity of each Mutterlock Chest, there will be three inscriptions. Explore the rooms housing these chests and search for interactive objects. Memorize the word spoken by each of the three inscriptions, as they will combine to form a unique phrase. Return to the chest and interact with it. Click on the phrase that echoes the inscriptions, and watch as the chest springs open. Be cautious to select the correct phrase; any wrong move will reward the player with nothing. Once the correct phrase is chosen, the chest will transform into a Resplendent Chest, a rare treasure in Diablo 4.
