Where To Locate The Just Rewards Enigma

The Just Rewards Enigma quest commences when players come across the Enigma clue at the Basra Gate, located in Round City. Situated near the viewpoint atop the Qadi District Office, players can utilize the eagle's vision to pinpoint its exact location and mark it on the map, creating a convenient waypoint. Positioned on the balcony above the arch, the Enigma awaits discovery. However, caution must be exercised, as the Basra Gate is heavily fortified and any hint of Basim's presence will result in an immediate and aggressive attack.

Climb up to the arch using stealth in AC Mirage and the eagle to mark the guards patrolling the area. Collect the Enigma page from the table.

The Just Rewards Enigma page will appear in Basim's bag with other vital quest-related items and collectibles.

How To Solve The Just Rewards Enigma

Access the Enigma page titled "Just Rewards" within Basim's inventory bag to view the illustration. While the sketch does not divulge much information, it unmistakably depicts a military installation or guardpost accompanied by a training ground. Nevertheless, the significant clue lies within the flags depicted in the drawing. These flags symbolize the Shurta, an organization responsible for fulfilling policing and nightwatch duties in Baghdad. Alas, the Shurta also carried out tasks for the caliph, thereby potentially posing problems for Basim. The Enigma guides Basim to the Shurta Headquarters, found to the north of the Basra Gate, positioned within the walls, and situated east of the Palace of Green Dome.
