Although locating this particular snow globe may prove a challenge due to its dim and grim resting spot, those familiar with its whereabouts should have no trouble finding it.

How to Find the NASA Snow Globe in Starfield
For those who have previously explored the late-game setting, the NASA snow globe can be discovered inside the NASA Launch Tower. However, players must delve deep into the facility to locate it. The snow globe is situated in an area beyond the expansive display hall. To confirm they have arrived at the correct spot, players will find themselves in a room where they must restore power to unveil a door on the ground floor, as depicted in the image above.
Finding the NASA snow globe is a breeze once inside this area. It is conveniently placed right on a desk near the power receptacle where the emergency power cell is to be inserted. Unlike the other snow globes in Starfield, which usually bear unique names, the NASA one is simply labeled "snow globe". Despite this, it holds the same weight and value, leaving gamers perplexed about the developers' decision behind this arrangement.
For those who missed out on discovering the Opportunity Rover on Mars, it is important to note that certain sections of the NASA Launch Tower become inaccessible once players complete the Unearthed main story mission. However, players can rest assured that the room containing the NASA snow globe remains accessible.
