How to Get The Carian Inverted Statue

The player must first pick up the questline at Renna's Rise, which is past Caria Manor in Liurnia. This will require defeating the boss, Royal Knight Loretta.

After gaining access to Ranni's Rise, the Tarnished can initiate her questline by speaking with her. Players have the choice to either converse with Blaidd at Siofra River or skip this part and proceed directly to Radahn, although skipping may result in missing out on lore and character interactions.

However, it is mandatory to engage in combat and emerge victorious against Starscourge Radahn. Upon successful completion of this battle, a previously inaccessible area in Limgrave will become available. A crater will materialize to the west of Fort Haight, providing passage to Nokron.

After reaching the destination, search for the Fingerslaying Blade. To acquire it, the Tarnished must defeat the Mimic Tear Boss. The Fingerslaying Blade is located inside a large chest to the north of the Night's Sacred Ground Site of Grace. To initiate Fia's questline, the player must engage in multiple interactions with her at Roundtable Hold and allow her to embrace them. After some time, she will present the dialogue option, "May I request a favor?'

To proceed with her quest, the player must select this option and receive a Weathered Dagger from Fia, who will then request its return to its rightful owner. Subsequently, the player should speak to D and hand over the dagger. Upon revisiting the Roundtable Hold, Fia will have already killed D. Engage in conversation with her before she departs from the area.

In order to reunite with Fia and utilize the Cursemark of Death, the Tarnished individual must journey to the Deeproot Depths beneath the Erdtree. To reach this location, the player must first defeat the two Valiant Gargoyles in the Siofra Aqueduct and then ride a coffin. The Deeproot Depths is an expansive area, with Fia's whereabouts being north of the Across the Roots Site of Grace.

Defeat Fia's champions through a series of consecutive battles against NPC invaders, a total of five enemies. After their defeat, approach Fia and select the option "No, I want to be held." As she embraces the Tarnished, she will reveal her search for the Cursemark of Death, a means to resurrect Godwyn.

Present Fia with the Cursemark by embracing her once more. Engage in dialogue until she becomes exhausted, eventually leading her to sleep. At this point, the player can interact with her and enter the Deathbed Dream.

In this questline's culmination, players must overcome Lichdragon Fortissax, the ultimate adversary. Vanquishing this formidable foe allows the player to claim the Mending Rune of Death from Fia's remains.
