How To Get Candies

The most convenient method of acquiring candies for a specific Pokemon is by assigning them to the Helper Team. To do this, players should locate the Pokemon icon in the lower left corner and proceed to select the Edit Team option. Up to five Pokemon can be chosen to join the Helper Team, which in turn will collect berries and ingredients. Once the desired Pokemon have been chosen, they will appear on the main screen.

All of these Pokemon have the opportunity to collect two candies. The exact timing of this action is not specified, but players will be notified once the Pokemon have obtained the candies. A candy icon will appear over the head of the Pokemon that has gathered the candies, as shown in the picture below.

Using Research Community

An alternative way to obtain candies easily and at no cost is through the utilization of the Research Community. Players have the option to add up to 50 friends, and it is highly advisable to fill these spots quickly. On a daily basis, players can share Research Updates, which will enhance the level of Closeness. Upon reaching Closeness Level 1, players will receive Handy Candy S x1, and if they manage to achieve Closeness Level 5, they will be rewarded with Handy Candy S x2.

Sending Pokemon To Professor Neroli

Sending a Pokemon to Professor Neroli not only creates more space in the box, but also rewards players with five candies specific to that Pokemon. However, it is vital to remember that once a Pokemon is sent to Professor Neroli, it cannot be retrieved. To transfer a Pokemon, simply access the Pokemon Box, choose the desired Pokemon, and click on the button located in the bottom right corner. This action will present the option to either apply an item to the Pokemon or send it to the professor.

Other Methods

In addition to finding a specific number of Sleep Styles, players have the opportunity to acquire Handy Candies. Conveniently, Handy Candy S can be obtained from the Regular Exchange for just 160 Sleep Points. Alternatively, players can choose to invest 500 Sleep Points in the Premium Exchange to obtain Handy Candy M.

There is Handy Candy L in the game, which is given as a reward for subscribing to the Premium Pass for three consecutive months.

Handy Candy S offers 3 candies for a particular Pokemon, while Handy Candy M provides 20 candies. The number of Pokemon candies obtainable from Handy Candy L is currently undisclosed.
