Lord Zedd’s New Evil Power Ranger In Cosmic Fury Explained

At the onset of Power Rangers Cosmic Fury, Ollie, known as the Dino Fury Blue Ranger, was enlisted as one of Lord Zedd's generals. In the preceding Dino Fury season 2, Ollie had been subjected to brainwashing by Lord Zedd, transforming the Blue Ranger into one of the malevolent Rangers among the Power Rangers. Although Ollie managed to break free from the clutches of the villains' spells in Dino Fury, he succumbed once again to their influence in the first episode of Cosmic Fury. Utilizing the same magic that had previously ensnared him, the Blue Ranger's loyalty shifted towards Zedd. Consequently, Ollie forfeited his Dino Fury powers, yet a new form awaited him in the near future.
