Not only does clearing the area come with a generous Renown reward, but it also paves the way for a new safe zone where players can find merchants, townsfolk, and a convenient waypoint. This opens up more opportunities for players to explore the surrounding areas and fast travel to different locations, making their journey much more efficient.
In addition to the satisfaction of clearing a Stronghold, players can also earn 100 Renown Points, which can be used to progress towards higher tiers of rewards. This means that players can gain useful bonuses like bonus XP or increased potion capacity. Moreover, clearing a Stronghold often results in the opening of nearby dungeons, which offer even more opportunities for players to explore and discover powerful loot.
By taking on Strongholds as soon as they are discovered in Sanctuary, players can make the challenge of facing Lilith much more manageable in the future. Diablo 4 is accessible on a variety of platforms, including PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
