In Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 22, the longevity of Kenjaku is revealed, showcasing his immense power in a way that surpasses previous expectations. The current vessel, Geto, displays formidable strength, and Kenjaku unleashes the devastating Maximum: Uzumaki technique with even greater destructive power than before, unlocking its full potential.
Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 22: Geto unlocks Uzumaki at full power
Suguru Geto and Kenjaku both utilized the ace technique, Maximum: Uzumaki. Geto used this technique against Yuta Okkotsu in the climactic battle of Jujutsu Kaisen 0, determining his fate. Later, Kenjaku used the technique against Kasumi Miwa during the conclusion of the Shibuya Incident in episode 22 of the anime.
However, there is a significant difference between the two instances of its use. When Kenjaku used Maximum: Uzumaki in episode 22 of Jujutsu Kaisen season 2, it was much more powerful due to his mastery of Jujutsu and, notably, the addition of Mahito.
Incorporating the Cursed Spirit's power into Maximum: Uzumaki unleashed its true potential. This explains the extremely destructive effect it had the second time around.

As previously mentioned, Maximum: Uzumaki made its debut when Suguru Geto infiltrated Jujutsu High in his relentless pursuit of Yuta. His ultimate goal was to extract and assert control over the Queen of Curses, Rika. After engaging in a fierce battle with Yuta, Geto decided it was time to reveal his trump card.
Kenjaku's Maximum: Uzumaki
Geto's Cursed Spirit Manipulation employs a revolutionary technique that consolidates numerous curses into a formidable attack. This technique channels all its energy into a single sphere, unleashing tremendous destructive force.
In Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 22, Kenjaku makes a dramatic entrance following Mahito's intense battle with Yuji and Todo. Severely weakened, Mahito attempts to escape but is ultimately absorbed by Kenjaku into a small black orb, which he then consumes. In the midst of the confrontation with other sorcerers, Kenjaku decides to unleash Maximum: Uzumaki to bring the battle to a conclusion. (Image via MAPPA)
In Conclusion
This time, Mahito's power gave it a boost. Cursed Spirit Manipulation enables the user to extract a curse's innate technique, allowing them to use the technique once. Mahito extracted Idle Transfiguration, and thanks to him, the technique was significantly amplified, as evidenced by the extent of the damage it caused.

Suguru Geto and Kenjaku are separate individuals inhabiting the same body. After Geto's demise, Kenjaku took control of his body, along with his memories, identity, and skills. In some respects, Geto's body exhibited remarkable capabilities due to Kenjaku's extensive knowledge and experience.
The Cursed Energy flowing through his body has greatly enhanced his current techniques. His powerful move, Maximum: Uzumaki, was originally designed as a finishing move. However, in Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 22, Kenjaku's addition of Mahito's power made it even more potent, unlocking its full potential and elevating an already formidable move to a higher level.
Editor's P/S
As a hard fan of Jujutsu Kaisen, I am thrilled to witness the revelation of Kenjaku's true power in season 2 episode 22. The unleashing of the Uzumaki technique, previously showcased by Suguru Geto, takes on a whole new level of devastation in Kenjaku's hands. The incorporation of Mahito's Cursed Spirit Manipulation amplifies the technique's destructive capabilities, leaving me in awe of Kenjaku's mastery over Jujutsu.
The contrast between Geto's and Kenjaku's use of Maximum: Uzumaki highlights the latter's superior control and understanding of the technique. Kenjaku's strategic absorption of Mahito further demonstrates his cunning and adaptability, making him an even more formidable adversary. The sheer power and impact of the enhanced Uzumaki technique leave me eager to witness the consequences it will bring in the upcoming episodes.
