A resourceful player of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has ingeniously constructed a hover bike equipped with a laser barrier using Zonai devices. This modification transforms the conventional hover bike, created by players in Tears of the Kingdom, into a formidable defensive weapon capable of eliminating Bokoblins.

In the penultimate trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, fans were introduced to the concept of crafting vehicles in the game using Zonai devices. Following the game's release, players wasted no time in devising the most effective means of traversing the lands of Hyrule: the hover bike. This basic hover bike can be assembled using just two Zonai Fans and a Steering Stick. Players can enhance their hover bikes by incorporating additional fans and manipulating the angles of each one. With the assistance of the Autobuild feature, players can swiftly construct a hover bike with Zonaite and freely soar through the skies at their leisure.

Reddit user divlogue took the hover bike concept to new heights by incorporating a barrier made of Beam Emitter Zonai devices found in Tears of the Kingdom. In the shared video, Link can be seen traversing the Tarrey Town Highway on a large hover bike, surrounded by floating Beam Emitters pointed towards the ground. As Link moves, the lasers rapidly spin, forming a protective barrier during battles. The video then transitions to Hyrule field, where Link tests the effectiveness of his laser barrier by effortlessly plowing through a group of Bokoblins, swiftly dispatching several weaker ones. In the final segment of the video, Link soars high above a cluster of enemies, unleashing devastation upon them from the skies.

Divlogue ingeniously utilized a technique known as "stake nudging" in Tears of the Kingdom to enable the Beam Emitters to rotate in mid-air. Stake nudging entails establishing an invisible connection between two or more objects, requiring considerable patience to master. Divlogue revealed that it took approximately 30 minutes to successfully execute this design.

This hover bike is not the first instance where divlogue has utilized stake nudging in a viral video. Additionally, divlogue, the Tears of the Kingdom player, created the President Hudson hover bike, which employed stake nudging to levitate four President Hudson signs along its diagonal axes. With the growing popularity of this technique, fans of Tears of the Kingdom can expect to witness astonishing designs that were previously unimaginable. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom can be enjoyed on Nintendo Switch.
