The game has introduced incredible hero skins since its release, including a partnership with One Punch Man and legendary skins in the seasonal battle pass.
The recently launched Dragons Mega Bundle offers bronze, blue, and yellow dragon skins, but the steep price might dissuade certain players. Anticipate additional skins in forthcoming updates and events.
Overwatch 2 has revealed the Dragons Mega Bundle, a new collection featuring dragon-themed skins for Sigma, Hanzo, and Brigitte, along with various other items. As Overwatch 2 approaches its one-year anniversary, Season 6 Invasion has introduced exciting additions to the game, such as PvE co-op missions and the Flashpoint mode. Additionally, Illari has joined as the tenth support hero. Since its launch in October 2022, Overwatch 2 has showcased an impressive range of hero skins. One of the notable collaborations includes One Punch Man, which introduced skins like Saitama for Doomfist, Genos for Genji, Mumen Rider for Soldier 76, and Terrible Tornado for Kiriko. Furthermore, each seasonal battle pass has featured new mythic skins, with Genji's Cyber Demon skin launching in October. The most recent addition to the mythic skin lineup is Ana, who received this special treatment as part of Season 6 Invasion's battle pass rewards.
Now halfway through Season 6, Overwatch 2 took to Twitter to announce the release of an exciting new cosmetic pack. A captivating video revealed the Dragons Mega Bundle, which includes dragon-themed skins for Sigma, Hanzo, and Brigitte. In addition to the skins, the bundle features a weapon charm, name card, spray, player icons, victory poses, and souvenirs. This incredible bundle comes with a hefty price tag of 8,600 Overwatch coins but is currently available for 4,400 coins for the next six days.
Each of the three dragon skins is based on a different color. Sigma's skin has a striking bronze hue, Brigitte's is a captivating blue, and Hanzo's showcases vibrant yellow highlights. While these dragon skins would have perfectly complemented Season 5's fantasy-themed battle pass rewards, highlighted by Tracer's mythical Adventurer skin, they still make a lasting impression. Looking ahead, Genji, Hanzo's brother, would be an ideal candidate for a dragon-inspired skin, considering his connection to the dragon summoned by his Dragonblade ultimate. Another fitting choice could be Reinhardt, whose medieval-themed armor aligns well with the concept of dragons.
With the new season approaching and Overwatch 2 about to celebrate its one-year launch anniversary, fans can anticipate a plethora of visually stunning skins in the battle pass and bundled options in the upcoming weeks and months. Additionally, the Halloween and Holiday events will bring even more excitement, including the possibility of festive cosmetics for newer heroes like Sojourn, Ramattra, and Illari. Hopefully, these holiday-themed items will be more affordable than the Dragons Mega Bundle. Overwatch 2 can be played on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
