Witchfire presents a continuous challenge from beginning to end. To conquer this gripping dark fantasy Rogue-lite game, players must gather various items scattered throughout the map and return them to the central hub world. Among these valuable items are the glowing Witchfire currency, a range of unique collectibles, and herbs crucial for brewing healing potions.

Nevertheless, in the initial stages of the game, players cannot yet concoct healing potions at the Apothecary to restore their health. To access this vital capability, players must first level up and unlock the ability.

How to Unlock the Apothecary in Witchfire

If players of this indie game face the world portal, they will find the Apothecary in the room right behind them. However, attempting to enter the room to create healing potions results in a locked message. To unlock the ability to concoct healing potions while on a mission, players must level up their character to level two. This entails venturing out to the Scarlet Coast and gathering 3,500 Witchfire, then returning through a portal.

How to Collect Herbs and Make Healing Potions in Witchfire

After acquiring 3,500 Witchfire, players can proceed to the Ascension altar. If approaching from the portal, orient the character avatar away from it and head towards the right, ascending the staircase. Although there is a doorway at the top, refrain from entering it. Instead, halt at the doorstep and make a left turn to locate the altar. To progress to level 2 and unlock the Apothecary, select any category for leveling.

Upon reaching level 2, players gain the ability to craft potions. To do so, simply visit the apothecary and interact with it. The number of potions players can create varies between one and four, depending on the quantity of herbs they possess. It appears that the success rate is determined by a random number generator (RNG), but should additional information regarding this process surface, this article will be promptly updated.

It is noteworthy that whenever players return to the hub world, their healing elixirs automatically refill from their stash if they have any pre-made potions. As a result, it is advised to only revisit the Apothecary when more of these essential items are required by the player or team.

To gather an increased quantity of Angelica herbs in this Rogue-lite video game, players must locate them throughout the game's world. These plants resemble vibrant, green spheres composed of rounded flowers. Initially, they may be somewhat challenging to notice, but their distinctive bright green color sets them apart from their surroundings.
