In Diablo 4's upcoming second season, known as the Season of Blood, players will engage in intense battles against hordes of undead and vampires. However, they will also have the opportunity to experience the thrill of wielding Vampiric Powers, which are brand new to the game. These powers will complement players' existing builds, along with the Skill Tree and Paragon Boards. It's important for players to make the most of the Season of Blood and unlock the complete list of Vampiric Powers before the season concludes in January 2024. This guide will provide instructions on how to unlock the ability to use Vampiric Powers and where to find each individual power.
How To Unlock and Equip Vampiric Powers
In order to access Vampiric Powers, players must first complete or skip the campaign and then participate in the Season of Blood's quests. The second quest, called The Hunter's Chase, requires players to enter the Magistrate's Office located in Ked Bardu.
Within the Magistrate's Office, players will come across Hunter Erys, who will request their assistance in defeating a group of monsters. Once the battle is successfully completed, players will have the ability to equip their first Vampiric Power. This can be done by accessing the Seasonal tab, conveniently located next to the Equipment tab in the inventory. The Seasonal tab is identified by a blood drop icon and a green leaf.
The Sanguine Circle allows players to equip and utilize up to five Vampiric Powers simultaneously. However, to activate these powers, the player must have the corresponding Pacts equipped, which are found on different pieces of armor. These Pacts can vary in number and are categorized as Divinity, Eternity, and Ferocity. In the menu, there is a comprehensive list of all 22 Vampiric Powers, although not all of them are available from the beginning.
All Vampiric Powers and Requirements
Unlocking the most Vampiric Powers in the Season of Blood involves spending 25 Potent Blood, acquired by defeating monsters in the Blood Harvest area. However, the selection of powers will be random with each attempt. Apart from this method, completing seasonal quests allows access to a few exclusive powers, while two powers necessitate player advancement in the Hunter's Acclaim Board.
