How to get pets in your Serenitea Pot in Genshin Impact

Obtaining pets for a Serenitea Pot can be done in two main ways. The first is by purchasing dogs and cats from the Traveling Salesman, who appears every weekend. If players can't find the pet they want, they can also visit their friend's Serenitea Pot, as each player's Traveling Salesman has a different selection of pets. Dogs and cats in Genshin Impact come in various colors and patterns, so players may need to be patient until their desired pet is available.

The other method of acquiring pets is by using the Omni-Ubiquity Net. However, only the Sapphire and Gray Snow Cat can be obtained through this method. Regular dogs seen in towns and villages cannot be captured with this net. To catch a pet using the Omni-Ubiquity Net, players need to equip it in their Gadget slot, activate the Gadget, and then hold down the Elemental Skill button. This opens a targeting view, allowing players to accurately throw the net by using an aiming reticle. Once a Sapphire or Gray Snow Cat is successfully caught with the Omni-Ubiquity Net, it can be placed in a Serenitea Pot.

How to place pets in your Serenitea Pot in Genshin Impact

After acquiring a pet, players can now add it to their Serenitea Pot. To do this, players should open the Edit menu, which can be found by clicking on the pointing hand icon located at the top right of their screen. Moving on to the furnishing placement menu, players should navigate to the "Animal" tab. To bring a pet into the Serenitea Pot, players can either click or drag the pet's icon. While in the Edit menu, pets can be rotated and precisely positioned. However, once players return to gameplay, the pets will move freely around the area.
