Side Quests in Strand
In order to fully immerse themselves in the world of Sanctuary, players of Diablo 4 should strive to complete the numerous side quests available. These quests not only offer valuable rewards, but also contribute to the rich lore of the game. With a vast array of quests to choose from, players can delve into the Highland Wilds Side Quest and uncover hidden treasures while simultaneously unraveling the mysteries of the Diablo 4 universe.
There are seven total side quests, with one additional Diablo 4 side quest that is part of a chain in Northshore. Here is where to get each of these seven.
Stemming the Tide

A Briny Fate
Prerequisites: None
Reward: Salvage Cache
Quest Pick Up Location: The Cursed Scarps in Northshore
Reward: Sailor's Vessel
The Warded Sailor's Vessel is a random drop from one of the Slain Villager bodies in the area. Pick it up to start the quest.
Whispers from Below
Quest Pick Up Location: The Scar in Northshore
Quest NPC: Roina
Investigate the bodies of Callum and Devlin on Roina's behalf.
A Sodden Pact
Quest NPC: Roina
Prerequisites: Whispers from Below Side Quest
Untangling Truths
Prerequisites: A Sodden Pact Side Quests
Reward: Gem Cache
Quest Pick Up Location: Carrowcrest Trail in Northshore
Reward: Rare Amulet
Speak with Roina before defeating the Water Wight and the Effigy.
Tending Nature
Prerequisites: Tur Dulra
Reward: Leather Cache
Quest Pick Up Location: Tur Dulra
Reward: Rare Weapon
Check out Eadaoin's ghost and remains, then kill the spirit; chat with Scholar Yuein about it afterward.

Players will need to also have completed Tur Dulra for this quest to even become available; they will have to head to the Wretched Delve to complete it.
A Deepening Shadow Side Quest Chain in Diablo 4
A Deepening Shadow
Prerequisites: Tur Dulra Stronghold Unlocked
Reward: Leather Cache
Quest Pick Up Location: Tur Dulra
Reward: Salvage Cache
Once you have successfully finished the quest titled "A Deepening Shadow," make sure to seek out Yuein. Eliminate the Wildwood threat and proceed to activate the three sacred stones. Afterwards, don't forget to revisit Yuein before making your way back to Shob`ha for further instructions.
Quest Pick Up Location: Deep Forest
Quest NPC: Mochrann
Mochrann, located in the Deep Forest, invites the player to accompany them to the source of corruption. The task at hand is to eliminate all the corrupted beasts. After successfully completing all the necessary steps, it is time to return one last time to Shob`ha.
Wailing Hills Side Quests
Quest Pick Up Location: Northern Wailing Hills
Players can start by acquiring the Ravenous Predator's Offering from the specified location. Following that, they must eliminate the mobs indicated by red dots within the Aisle of Whispers. Upon successfully appeasing the Offering, players will be rewarded with the Appeased Predator's Offering.

Talk to Merryn, then ask: "Do you need aid?" Defeat Darcel and return the dropped Runic Charm to Merryn.

The Starving Strand

Quest NPC: Baltair
Take Baltair's bag to Corbach, then deliver it to Tadhg.
Cerrigar and The Emerald Chase Side Quests
Quest Pick Up Location: Cerrigar in The Emerald Chase
Players will be rewarded with a Murmuring Cache filled with Murmuring Obols upon completion of this quest. To embark on this quest, players must first conquer the Tur Dulra Stronghold in Scosglen in order to gain access to Underroot. Once in Underroot, players must retrieve a Root Cutting and bring it back to Keeper Albard.
Quest Pick Up Location: Cerrigar in The Emerald Chase
Quest NPC: Cori
In order to embark on this mission, initiate a conversation with Cori in Cerrigar. Following that, players are required to locate Phelan in Blycroft, who can be found near a residential structure. At this point, players will be presented with various dialogue options. Opting to inform Phelan, "Cori has expressed concern for your well-being," will conclude this quest. However, selecting the alternative response, "Could you enlighten me on the current situation?" will unlock the side quest known as Fields of Ruin.
Blood of Brigands

The Fledgling Merchant
Prerequisites: None
Reward: Veiled Crystal
Players can find three quests in the Lowlands and the Firebreak Manor.
A Plea for Aid
Quest NPC: Steward Wilfred
Prerequisites: None
Chronicling the Old Ways
Prerequisites: None
Reward: Herb Cache
Collect three Runic Tablets from wildlife and give them to Moreg in Laglend Fen.
A Different Beast
Quest Starting Item: A Broken Totem from Slain Druids
Prerequisites: The Wrong Hands, First Among Wolves Quest Chain
Side Quests in Strand
The Strand is located between Caen Adar and Moordaine Lodge along the northernmost coast.
Quest Pick Up Location: Strand
Quest Starting Item: A Washed Ashore Bottle on the beach in the Strand
Players will first need to pick up the Washed-Ashore Bottle along the coast of the Strand, then give it to Padrig.
The Seer in Strand Side Quest Chain in Diablo 4
Quest Pick Up Location: Corbach in Strand
Reward: Elixir Cache
The Seer will ask for Goatman Entrails.

Quest NPC: Baewyn the Seer
After the Seer, speak to Baewyn again, and go to Kealer Farm and talk to Farmer Kealer before returning to the Seer again.
Reclamation

Players will need to collect 12 Thorn Beast Meat around Loch Raeth, then return to Atli in the Shrouded Moors.

Toben will ask players to search the Scar for Blackweald Company and save the Pyre Victim.

Players will finally get to defeat the Blackweald Company and Stana. Report back to Torben when finished.
