Paradox Gaming, a YouTuber, has achieved the biggest recorded video launch in the history of the Recall game. After months of testing, a player of the game Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has devised an exceptional technique to launch the character Link into the air. This method generates such incredible force that Link technically surpasses the speed of sound. The player then shared a documentation of the technique online, following the recent impressive feat of another Tears of the Kingdom player who showcased a mech that can walk on water.

In the latest Zelda game, the world expands upon the impressive verticality of its predecessor, allowing for easier traversal across the vast rendition of Hyrule. This is largely due to the introduction of building mechanics, making travel more efficient than in Breath of the Wild.

While many players utilize the Ultrahand ability of Tears of the Kingdom to construct vehicles for faster movement, one dedicated fan, YouTuber Paradox Gaming, has discovered a different method for traversing long distances. Instead of driving or flying, they have found a way to launch Link into the air with such force that he reaches the game's height limit from The Depths in just 20 seconds, including mandatory loading time. The technique is achieved by using the Recall ability on a simple spinning contraption, effectively allowing Link to defy gravity instantly.

The author of this remarkable accomplishment described it as the largest Recall launch ever recorded on video. Expanding on this idea, the YouTuber used the game's coordinate system to determine that his recent launch covered a distance of 4317 meters, or over 14,000 feet. He captured the feat in the game's HUD-less Pro mode, which prevented him from calculating the exact speed at which Link was flying based on the mini-map coordinates. However, Paradox Gaming speculates that Link achieved a speed of at least Mach 1.59 during the clip, referencing previous attempts with the mini-map turned on.

Assuming this estimate is correct, the YouTuber managed to propel Link at a speed of over 1.5 times the speed of sound. The achievement took over two months to accomplish, as the player disclosed that he had been experimenting with this technique since the game's release in mid-May. He was not the only one attempting it, as evidenced by a previously shared trick for easily reaching Sky Islands using a similar launching method in the Tears of the Kingdom.
