In Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life, players are responsible for tending to their late father's farm alongside Takakura, an older gentleman. Within the Forgotten Valley, players have the opportunity to cultivate crops, raise farm animals, and sell various products. One particularly valuable resource in its natural state is Wool, which requires a set of Clippers to harvest. While the game provides players with most necessary tools at the beginning, obtaining additional tools beyond the starting set is not explicitly explained. However, players can refer to this article for guidance on acquiring Clippers for the purpose of selling Wool in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life.

Following the introduction, players commence their journey on their farm equipped with a Hoe, Sickle, Milker, and Watering Can. As they progress, players will have the opportunity to enhance their farm's infrastructure, albeit at a significant expense.
In A Wonderful Life, there exist multiple avenues to generate income; however, acquiring Wool from Sheep proves to be a straightforward and highly lucrative approach. Fortunately, players can obtain their initial set of Clippers without any cost.
When players order their initial Sheep through the Ledger, Takakura will provide them with secondhand Clippers. The Ledger, located next to the Shipping Bin and the Barn, enables players to request one animal per day, which will be delivered the day after, starting from noon.
Sheep cost 3,000G irrespective of their gender. Takakura will provide Clippers when the first Sheep arrives at the farm. To ensure a steady supply, players should make sure to keep enough Fodder as Sheep eat the same as cows.
As players progress further in their farm and wish to upgrade their tools, Van will have a set of Copper Clippers in his inventory. Van visits on Day Three and Eight of each season, enabling players to save up for his visits. The cost of each Copper tool that he carries is 1,000G.
In order to earn additional funds, players have the option to sell their crops, flowers, and unearthed treasures from the mine to further their financial stability. Moreover, those equipped with a Fishing Rod can sell all the fish they reel in from the valley to the same vendor.
How to Harvest Wool in A Wonderful Life
When players purchase a Sheep, it initially begins as a baby and does not produce any Wool. However, after a few days, it develops into a fully-grown Sheep with an abundance of soft, pink hair. To obtain Wool, players can equip Clippers and click "Use" when in close proximity to the Sheep.
The standard Wool has a value of 3,000G, but as Sheep become happier and healthier, they will start to grow higher quality Wool, which is significantly more valuable. To ensure the animals' happiness, players can feed them twice a day using Premium Fodder, regularly brush them, and interact with them. To monitor the Sheep's Affection and Health levels, players can refer to the black chalkboard.
