Tori Spelling honors Luke Perry, her beloved friend and former co-star from Beverly Hills, 90210, on his 57th birthday, cherishing his memory with heartfelt tribute
On what would have been his 57th birthday, Tori Spelling honored her late friend and fellow "Beverly Hills, 90210" cast member, Luke Perry. Taking to Instagram, Spelling shared a nostalgic picture of herself and Perry.
"He had a way of making you feel like the sole person in a crowded room, even with a million others around. It's rare to encounter genuinely kind-hearted individuals, and sadly, I haven't come across many. Perry was one of them. Wishing you a happy birthday and forever missing you."
After experiencing a severe stroke, Perry passed away in 2019 at the age of 52.

Mikel Roberts, captured in a photo by Sygma/Getty Images, brought the character of Dylan McKay to life in the beloved 1990s show "Beverly Hills, 90210." The series revolved around a clique of high school students residing in the exclusive zip code and was created by Aaron Spelling, the father of Mikel Roberts.
The younger Spelling starred as Donna Martin in the show.
Perry was starring on another teen drama, "Riverdale," but this time portraying patriarch Fred Andrews, at the time of his death.
