Lena Petermann secured her second goal of the season in the 70th minute with a skillful lofted shot over Emily Ramsey. However, Everton's hopes for an equalizer were dashed in the closing moments as Emma Bissell's goal was disallowed due to being offside.

Tottenham secured a 3-1 victory against promoted Bristol City, marking Robert Vilahamn's first win as their coach. The hosts dominated the match at Brisbane Road, with goals from Olga Ahtinen, Martha Thomas, and Eveliina Summanen in the first half. Amalie Thestrup managed to pull one back for Bristol City through a penalty after the break.
