Former What Not to Wear hosts Stacy London and Clinton Kelly have ended their decade-long feud. The fashion experts recently appeared on the Today show on Thursday, September 28, to share the details of how they reconciled after their hit TLC show went off the air.

Kelly, who cohosted nine seasons of the popular makeover series alongside London, revealed that he contacted Stacy after being overwhelmed by the constant social media posts about their ongoing feud. "I couldn't tolerate it any longer," Kelly, 54, shared with Today co-hosts Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie, referencing the stories he encountered online. "Because the truth is, we don't actually despise each other. In fact, we care deeply for one another. We have intense emotions towards each other. So I reached out to Stacy and proposed that we move past this. Let's have a conversation and resolve it once and for all." The exchange between the two was highly emotional and took place towards the end of the pandemic, providing them with an opportunity to discuss everything in-depth.

The style gurus had an intense moment revisiting their conflicts and finding resolution.

"I was overwhelmed with emotions," London, who is also 54, shared. "I completely let my guard down and poured my heart out to Clinton. I shared all the things that made me feel sorrowful, every instance that caused me pain, and even admitted to ways I may have hurt him. I let go of all the insignificant resentments and foolish nonsense."

Their rift became public with the release of Kelly’s January 2017 memoir, I Hate Everyone, Except You.

"I had extreme feelings towards her, either adoration or disdain, with no middle ground," he expressed about London. "We were practically stuck together for almost 60 hours every week, rarely having any personal space. Believe me when I say that spending that much time with someone you didn't choose willingly is simply overwhelming."

In a January 16, 2017 interview with the Connecticut Post, Kelly revealed the intricacies of his relationship with London. "There was both love and hate between us, and if she were to write a book, I believe she would express her candid opinions about me, and I would be okay with that," he stated.

London and Kelly had a reunion on Today, indicating that both of them have grown and matured since the show's conclusion.

Thank You!

"I believe that some of that can be attributed to what I previously mentioned regarding evolution. As we navigated through our journey on television, we matured and evolved together. Along the way, there were several instances of pride that neither of us were truly willing to admit," she expressed.
