The Remaining Couples of 'Dancing With the Stars': Unveiling the Most Electrifying Chemistry

The 'Dancing With the Stars' cast reveals their take on the remaining couples' exceptional chemistry, intensifying the competition like never before

The remaining couples on Dancing With the Stars are expressing their opinions on their fellow competitors, emphasizing the importance of having a strong connection with their partner. Lele Pons believes that Harry Jowsey and Rylee Arnold possess this valuable chemistry. However, her partner, Brandon Armstrong, insists that he and Pons also share a strong bond. Nevertheless, the YouTuber dismisses his claim by stating that their connection is more akin to that of siblings rather than a romantic one.

Pons revealed in an exclusive interview with We on Tuesday, October 31, that she and Jowsey are like siblings, emphasizing the strong chemistry between them. She explained that their youth and single status enhance their on-screen connection, a sentiment echoed by Charity Lawson. Additionally, Artem Chigvintsev referred to them as the "blue man and pink lady," highlighting their unique and eye-catching costumes for Monster Night.

Jowsey and Arnold's undeniable chemistry has led to speculation about the potential for a romantic relationship between them. However, the couple addressed these dating rumors in their post-show interview, making it clear that their focus is on their partnership as dance partners. Jowsey emphasized that it would be unfair to Rylee, as it is her first season, to discuss dating. Instead, they believe that the focus should remain on their choreography and the quality of their performances, emphasizing that the show is about dance, not romance.

Regarding the question of who Jowsey and Arnold believe has the strongest chemistry, they ultimately chose Barry Williams and Peta Murgatroyd. However, they were not alone in this opinion. Ariana Madix and Pasha Pashkov also recognized the undeniable charisma that the Brady Bunch alum brings to the ballroom floor.

When asked about his chemistry with others, Pashkov, 37, jokingly remarked, "Barry has chemistry with everybody," a sentiment that Madix, 38, wholeheartedly agreed with. She added, "Barry is like a chemist...he's the alchemist."

As for Williams, he acknowledged the contributions of couples Madix and Pashkov and Jason Mraz and Daniella Karagach and emphasized their harmonious connection, which significantly raises the level of competition.

Despite their potential elimination on Tuesday, Mauricio Umanksy and Emma Slater praised the performance of Pons and Armstrong this season, attributing their success to simply "having fun." Similarly to Jowsey and Arnold, Umanksy, 53, and Slater, 34, had to address speculations about their relationship, particularly after being captured holding hands during a dinner outing in October.

"To clarify, we are not dating," Umanksy clarified through his Instagram Story last month. "We have been dancing together for six weeks, dedicating four hours a day each and every day."

Dancing With the Stars airs on ABC and Disney+ Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
