However, the purpose of this change may extend beyond the revelation in season 2 regarding Moiraine not being stilled. Notably, Logain's increased screen time in season 2 compared to the source material, The Great Hunt, suggests that the show intends to significantly develop his character. With each additional appearance, Logain's relevance to the plot should continue to grow, particularly since his gentling has left him with this unique ability. Although Logain did not accompany Rand, Moiraine, and Lan to Falme, it is reasonable for some characters to join forces with him in season 3 of The Wheel of Time due to his importance to the show. Logain's ability to identify male One Power weaves could make him a valuable asset upon his return. This skill may prove essential in identifying the Forsaken, who have several male members, including some who conceal their true nature like Rahvin. Considering the current focus on the fight against the Forsaken, it is highly likely that at least one or more of them will appear in season 3. In such instances, Logain can play a crucial role in clarifying their identities.
