Standing at 6 feet, Daredevil may have an unremarkable height, but he still surpasses many of the supporting characters. For perspective, Spider-Man is 5'7" and Captain America is 6'2".

He’s also pretty average compared to his foes. His arch-nemesis, Bullseye, is 5’8”, while The Kingpin is a frightening 6’7”.

Charlie Cox, the actor who plays Daredevil in the MCU, comes in just under the height of his comic book character, standing at 5’10”. He currently holds the title of the de facto Daredevil for both film and television, with no indication of whether his height is taller or shorter than the original character.

Cox takes over the role from Ben Affleck, who played Batman v Superman's Batman. Affleck, who portrayed Daredevil in the 2003 Fox film, reportedly stands between 6’2” and 6’ 4”, slightly taller than the comic version. However, it is the original television Daredevil, Rex Smith, who more accurately represents the Marvel Comics character. Standing at 6′, Smith portrayed Daredevil in a Trial of the Incredible Hulk, a 1989 TV movie that also served as a backdoor pilot for an unsuccessful Daredevil series.

As a hard fan of Daredevil, I am thrilled to see the character make a triumphant return in both comics and the MCU. Daredevil's height has always been a topic of interest among fans, and it's fascinating to learn that he stands at 6 feet tall in Marvel Comics. While he may not be the tallest superhero, Daredevil's fearlessness and ability to instill fear in his enemies more than make up for any perceived lack of height.

Charlie Cox's portrayal of Daredevil in the MCU is nothing short of exceptional. Although he is slightly shorter than the comic book character, Cox embodies the essence of Daredevil with his incredible acting skills and dedication to the role. His performance brings Daredevil to life in a way that is both authentic and captivating. I am excited to see how Cox continues to develop the character and bring his unique brand of heroism to the MCU.
