Hill Harper, known for his role in The Good Doctor, has revealed their intention to run for a political position. The popular television series, which debuted in 2017, revolves around the life of Dr. Shaun Murphy, a young surgeon with autism, savant syndrome, and a troubled history. Dr. Murphy works at the esteemed St. Bonaventure Hospital in San Jose. Harper, who portrays the character Dr. Marcus Andrews at the fictional hospital, is among the remaining three main actors from the first season of The Good Doctor.
