She revealed her distressing situation, mentioning the lack of any photos of her children thus far. Shortly after, the tweet was deleted. Notably, TMZ released a recent report stating that on September 29, Grimes filed a legal document to initiate the establishment of her parental rights, a customary measure for unmarried parents to clarify their legal bond with their child.

Notably, the birth of their third child, which many had speculated about, was never officially announced. Furthermore, on September 10, Grimes clarified her deleted tweet, expressing her desire to defuse the situation and stressing her intention to protect her children's privacy. She also requested respect for her family's privacy during this time. Currently, there has been no public response from Musk, who recently announced plans to livestream a Diablo 4 speedrun.

The outcome of this case remains uncertain. However, it is worth mentioning that Elon Musk generated headlines by sharing a photo on social media featuring Amber Heard dressed as the Overwatch character Mercy. Subsequently, it was reported that Amber Heard had not given permission for the photo to be posted.
