Oh, imagine being a fly on the wall in New York City on Tuesday night.
Following the recent breakup of Joe Jonas and his wife, "Game of Thrones" star Sophie Turner, she was spotted in the Big Apple, joining Taylor Swift for dinner.
You read that right.
Swift famously dated Jonas, who is a member of the Jonas Brothers trio, back in 2008.
Ever since their split right before the release of her "Fearless" album, fans have delighted in speculating which songs from there might have drawn inspiration from Jonas.
Their breakup was not initially amicable, leading many to believe that "You All Over Me" and "Mr. Perfectly Fine" were directed towards Jonas - although Swift has never outright confirmed it and the two have since reconciled.
Recently, Jonas and Turner decided to end their marriage after being together for four years. They have two young daughters together.
Hence, seeing Swift and Turner, with their arms linked, out on the town Tuesday night, was overwhelming for some. They were captured in photographs embracing each other tightly.
"Taylor Swift and Sophie Turner have accomplished something truly iconic," tweeted one person. "Alexa, play 'Mr. Perfectly Fine.'"
Dispelling any notion of animosity between them, Turner allegedly shared on social media, "It's definitely a catchy tune, @TaylorSwift," referring to "Mr. Perfectly Fine." Swift reposted and remarked, "Always in awe of the queen of the north," alluding to Turner's renowned role in "Game of Thrones."
However, not everyone appreciated seeing the pair seemingly united together.
"One person tweeted their discomfort about Taylor Swift and Sophie Turner publicly dining together, stating it felt calculated and made them uneasy as a Jonas fan."
Now we await to see if Swift writes a song about it all.
