John Mulaney and his girlfriend, Olivia Munn, shared a discreet display of affection while attending a special event in Los Angeles. The 40-year-old comedian was captured on camera holding hands with Munn, 43, as they made their way to the FWRD Celebration at Bar Marmont on Sunday, August 6. Mulaney looked stylish yet professional, wearing gray slacks, a pristine white shirt, and a timeless black suit jacket. Meanwhile, Munn opted for an elegant pale yellow lace dress, accessorized with a coordinating purse and chic gold heels.

In May 2021, it was confirmed that Mulaney had moved on with Munn after ending his six-year marriage with Anna Marie Tendler. He filed for divorce in July 2021, and two months later, it was revealed that Munn was expecting a child.

They find early parenthood to be an exciting and joyful time. Despite previously expressing disinterest in having children, Mulaney now openly shares his delight in fatherhood. During a podcast appearance in May 2022, he likened the experience of being with Malcolm to watching a movie with someone who has never seen it before, seeing the world through fresh and wondrous eyes.

Mulaney expressed his appreciation for Malcolm's influence in his life with a heartfelt Father's Day post this year. "Olivia, you've made me a father, and I will always love you for that," he wrote as a caption to a lovely Instagram photo featuring the three of them.

In the meantime, Munn has shared her experiences with the difficulties of motherhood. Prior to her evening out with Mulaney, the actress congratulated herself on a small triumph in her postpartum journey.

"I finally managed to fit into my pre-baby jean shorts," she shared on her Instagram Story on Wednesday, August 2. In a mirror selfie, she confidently posed wearing denim cutoffs. "It took the whole 20 months since my baby was born."

Munn admitted feeling envious of other moms who seemed to bounce back quickly after giving birth. However, she came to terms with the fact that her experience was different. She reassured herself that one day, she would slowly regain her pre-baby body. "What mattered more to me was getting my energy back, and thankfully, it has returned," she added.
