Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs, stars of Bachelor Nation, recently celebrated their official wedding ceremony last week. In a shared Instagram post on Friday, October 20, the couple expressed their joy with the caption "10/13/23 Mr. & Mrs.," accompanied by photos of them proudly holding their newborn son, Benson, as well as their marriage certificate.
Following their low-key wedding ceremony, Jacobs hinted on his Instagram Story that it could have been a perfect day to tie the knot.
The couple had been engaged for over a year. In May 2022, Kufrin, 33, took to social media to share that she had popped the question to Jacobs, 31.
"In an unexpected turn of events... he said yes," she shared on Instagram, alongside joyful photos of the couple. "We've been keeping this wonderful secret to ourselves and our closest loved ones for some time now, but we can't contain our excitement any longer! I have finally found my lifelong partner and the one who brings endless happiness to my heart each and every day. Tommy, I can't wait to embark on this journey with you. Thank you for making me the happiest woman alive. I love you more than words can express." Jacobs, on his end, also expressed his love for his soon-to-be wife with a heartfelt message.
Jacobs popped the question in October 2022, captioning a carousel of photos featuring himself and Kufrin, "The ultimate UNO reverse card/power move. Your constant challenge keeps me on my toes for a lifetime. Here's to forever Boops #Fiance."
“Oui, si, ja, ken, de, ye, yas yes YES! Love you forever my little pumpkin ,” Jacobs and Kufrin shared in a joint Instagram post. “Now let’s get married!”
Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs shared a photo on Becca Kufrin's Instagram, introducing their first child, a son named Benson, in September. Kufrin expressed her joy and gratitude, stating that they are currently cherishing all the love and cuddles with their new little pumpkin.
The couple crossed paths on season 7 of Bachelor in Paradise, which was broadcasted in August 2021.
There was an immediate spark between them, but Kufrin ended the relationship when she started to question Jacobs' genuineness.
Kufrin expressed her thoughts during the October 2021 season finale, acknowledging her partner's unwavering support, positivity, and ability to pleasantly surprise her. However, she admitted to feeling skeptical at times, fearing that it might be too good to be true due to past experiences. She emphasized the importance of fully knowing her partner before committing. Despite briefly taking a break, ABC revealed at the end of the episode that they had reignited their romance and were now happy and in love.
The couple has remained together since then, and they even bought their first home in July 2022.
"Tommy is now my roommate, and Minno & Leo are our tenants," Kufrin shared on Instagram. "Let's create countless laughs, meals, memories, and perhaps even start a family in this house."
Kufrin originally starred on season 22 of The Bachelor in 2018, with Arie Luyendyk Jr. She became engaged to Luyendyk Jr. during the season finale, but he ultimately chose runner-up Lauren Burnham. Kufrin then served as The Bachelorette in season 14, which aired in March 2018. She later got engaged to Garrett Yrigoyen during the season finale. In January 2019, the couple moved to Carlsbad together, but they ended their relationship in September 2020.
On the other hand, Jacobs appeared on Katie Thurston's season 25 of The Bachelorette, which aired in June 2021. Unfortunately, he was eliminated during week 3.
