Suits Triumphs Over Virgin River, Reigns Supreme on Streaming Charts

Suits has emerged as the streaming sensation of 2023, reclaiming its position at the pinnacle of success in the Nielsen charts after briefly being overtaken by Virgin River.

Netflix acquired the rights to the show earlier this year in order to expand its collection. In just three and a half months, Suits has accumulated a staggering 40.55 billion minutes of viewing time, which is over nine billion minutes higher than its closest competitor in 2023, Bluey on Disney+.

During the week of September 18-24, Suits successfully captured the attention of viewers on Netflix and Peacock in the United States, accumulating an astonishing 1.79 billion minutes of viewing time. Consequently, this incredible performance allowed it to surpass Virgin River, the previous week's top performer, which garnered 1.24 billion minutes watched during the same period.

Suits has dominated Nielsen's streaming charts, holding the top position for an impressive 13 out of the 14 weeks since its release on Netflix.
