Rumored DLC Content for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League
According to a notable leaker, one of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League's post-launch DLC Seasons will take players back to a legendary location. If a reliable leaker is to be believed, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League’s DLC could take players back to the crime-ridden streets of Gotham City. Rocksteady’s next superhero action title marks a shift from the Batman mythos in favor of following the titular Task Force X on a dark and perilous mission to take out the Justice League after the heroes are mind-controlled by Brainiac. This mission will take the Suicide Squad crew to Metropolis, Superman’s famous stomping grounds, where they will join forces with a host of villains old and new to hopefully survive the onslaught of Earth’s former protectors.
Batman Arkham Origins Gotham
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League already seems packed with interesting content, including four playable characters in the form of Batman: Arkham fan-favorite Harley Quinn, a new version of Deadshot, and the Arkhamverse game debuts of King Shark and Captain Boomerang. A recent series of leaks offered up a potential look at some of Suicide Squad’s post-launch DLC, which could include additional characters like Killer Croc, Killer Frost, Peacemaker, and an unnamed clown villain that may or may not be a resurrected Joker.
Even if the Clown Prince of Crime himself doesn’t return from the grave in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, players could be headed back to his home of Gotham City. Miller Ross (aka mmmmmmmmiller), the leaker who shared the past Suicide Squad DLC rumors, recently answered a fan’s question about what piece of post-launch content players would be most excited to buy in a Twitter post. 'I stress: Season 3,' Ross replied. 'That'll take us through Halloween and Black Friday. […] Lots of Arkham nostalgia. Cameos. You literally go to Gotham. It'll be a big moment for the game, post-launch.'
Ross also claims that Rocksteady will follow this Gotham-centric DLC with a playable Deathstroke in Season 4, backing up his previous claims that the infamous assassin will be added to Suicide Squad post-release. He notes that Slade Wilson’s DLC story campaign will build off the post-credits scene from WB Montreal’s Batman: Arkham Origins, which saw him being recruited by Amanda Waller for Task Force X. While supplementary material explored Slade’s brief stint in the Suicide Squad, this plot thread was unmentioned in 2015’s Batman: Arkham Knight, where Deathstroke is instead shown working for Scarecrow and the titular Arkham Knight as a field leader for their militia army.

Additionally, the prospect of a playable Deathstroke in Season 4 promises an engaging storyline that delves into the character’s history and ties to the Task Force X.
Furthermore, the leaker’s mention of Arkham nostalgia and cameos suggests that the post-launch DLC will pay homage to the beloved Batman: Arkham series, offering fans a chance to revisit familiar settings and interact with characters from the iconic franchise.
