Madisson Hausburg and husband Ish Soto are expecting their rainbow baby after suffering a pregnancy loss in 2021.
Hausburg, 29, took to Instagram on Monday, July 31, expressing, "United in our hearts, expecting another addition to our family in 2024." In the heartwarming Instagram reveal, the Siesta Key star confirmed her second pregnancy, as Soto held up their baby's sonogram and smiled at his wife. Hausburg, on the other hand, held the remains of their late son Elliot.
"Soto, 49, shared his social media announcement expressing his immense pride for this incredibly resilient mother. The anticipation grows as we eagerly await the arrival of baby #2, expected in 2024! #peanut."
Kelsey Owens, Hausburg's previous costar on Siesta Key, could hardly contain her excitement. She joyfully commented, "WOOHOO!! It looks like our annual trip to Beaches is about to become a tradition. We adore you all and couldn't be more thrilled for the whole family! ️."
In December 2021, the couple experienced the joy of welcoming their first baby after enduring the pain of a stillbirth. Hausburg bravely shared the heartbreaking news of their loss with her followers during the same month.
"Ish and I tragically lost our son, Elliot Angel Soto, who was delivered stillborn at 37 weeks," she revealed. "Instead of joyfully leaving the hospital with our precious baby boy, all we had was a memory box."
Hausburg expressed, "The saying about a mother's love being incomparable is true. Losing a child is an indescribable anguish. Each day, I wake up to the painful realization that I will never be able to hold or kiss him again in this lifetime. My heart is shattered. I long for you, my precious little Elliot ❤️."
Following Elliot's loss, Hausburg has openly shared the challenges she encountered when contemplating the possibility of conceiving again.
"I am filled with intense fear. Following Elliot's passing, I doubt I will ever find myself truly prepared to conceive again on an emotional level," expressed the former MTV personality through an Instagram post in March of 2022. "However, I have an inexplicable yearning to fulfill this desire."
Hausburg, who exchanged vows with Soto in October of 2021, continued by stating, "Navigating the realm of motherhood without the presence of my baby is an immense challenge. The act of tenderly kissing Elliot's cold, solid urn each night stands in stark contrast to embracing the soft, warm cheeks of my little boy. There will forever be a void in my heart, but I hold onto hope that my experience of motherhood will eventually evolve beyond its current state."
