This discussion arose after a player presented a compelling argument about the removal of an entire ship brand from Starfield. Throughout its history, Bethesda RPGs have provided a wide range of clothing options, aligning with their sandbox-style gameplay that encourages immersive role-playing. The Fallout series, in particular, showcased an extensive collection of iconic outfits. While Bethesda has made it clear that Starfield will be distinct from Skyrim or Fallout in space, many fans presumed that the studio's long-established tradition of offering a vast assortment of attire would continue with its first new IP in nearly thirty years.

The shortage of eyewear in the modding community has yet to be addressed properly. Currently, there is only one mod available for the PC version of the game that adds new glasses. This mod, created by SniperNamedG on Nexus Mods, replaces the model of the Neuroboost Mark 3 face implant with the "G.I. commando" glasses.
However, this criticism towards Bethesda's latest RPG should not diminish its historic success. The full extent of its achievement is still being determined as the game continues to surpass expectations on a daily basis. Its incredible momentum was recently highlighted in an October 18 report, which revealed that Starfield sold exceptionally well across the U.S. despite being available on Xbox Game Pass.
