Sorcerers Unleash their Might: Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 10 Teases Epic Gojo Rescue Mission

MAPPA has released the preview synopsis and images for episode 10 of Jujutsu Kaisen season 2, titled "Pandemonium". The episode is scheduled to be released on Thursday, September 29, 2023. It will first air on NBS/TBS at 11:56 pm JST and will later be available on various streaming platforms.

In the last episode, Satoru Gojo successfully defeated Hanami and then went on to confront Jogo. However, Mahito arrived at the scene with a multitude of transformed humans. Gojo managed to defeat them all by activating his domain expansion for a mere 0.2 seconds. However, he was then trapped by Geto within the Prison Realm, who unveiled himself as an ancient sorcerer controlling Suguru's body.

Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 10 preview hints at Itadori learning about Gojo getting sealed

In the preview for Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 10, we catch a glimpse of Yuji Itadori (Image via MAPPA). Titled "Pandemonium," this upcoming episode is expected to continue where the previous one left off. In their pursuit of Mahito at Shibuya Station, Itadori, Mei Mei, and Ui Ui encounter a peculiar device resembling Mechamaru. To their astonishment, the device attaches itself to Yuji's ear and delivers shocking news: Satoru Gojo has been sealed away.

Despite the three sorcerers growing suspicious of the information's source, they decide to listen to Mechamaru as he reveals what he knows. Given Kokichi Muta's passing, it is possible that the device serves as a contingency plan left by the sorcerer. Consequently, there is no reason for Mechamaru to deceive the sorcerers using such a tactic.

In the preview of Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 10, Nanami can be seen. In this episode, Mechamaru will ask Itadori to inform the other sorcerers about the sealing of Gojo. It is possible that he plans to gather all the sorcerers and join forces to attack Geto and the curses, with the hope of rescuing Gojo from the Prison Realm.

Therefore, Nanami, Megumi, Takuma, Nobara, and other sorcerers may enter Shibuya Station, eagerly joining forces to combat the malevolent curses.

The anime preview image also provides a glimpse of Satoru Gojo, indicating that he will be sealed inside the Prison Realm. Thus far, he has been trapped within it, but in the upcoming episode, Geto might close off the Prison Realm, as shown in the aforementioned preview image.

While some curses are determined to kill Yuji Itadori, others recognize the importance of resurrecting Ryomen Sukuna. Consequently, the curses may convene to determine their next objective in the forthcoming episode.
