Antonio "Tony" Padron, from Sister Wives fame, candidly discussed his incredible physical metamorphosis, shedding an impressive 100 pounds in a remarkable span of just 10 months.
Padron, 28, took to Instagram on Sunday, July 23, to showcase his progress, sharing photos and a chart tracking his weight loss journey since September 2022.
"Just to emphasize the importance of long-term consistency for achieving genuine weight loss," Padron, who is married to Mykelti, the daughter of Kody and Christine Brown, expressed. "I distinctly recall feeling concerned and uneasy about stepping on the scale initially. I worried that I wouldn't see any change in weight. I also feared witnessing significant progress and subsequently abandoning my newfound routines."
Padron mentioned that the graph does not depict a significant decrease, as he made persistent modifications to his diet and exercise routines. According to him, by adopting these long-term habits, he has successfully maintained a healthier lifestyle. He also emphasized the importance of taking appropriate supplements and consistently adhering to a gym routine. In a diary within the Notes app, Padron shared that he has managed to reduce his weight to 226.8 pounds from 320 as of September 2022.
Padron and Mykelti have been married since 2016 and have three children together: Avalon, aged 2, and twin sons Ace and Archer, aged 8 months. Kody and Christine, who have been married for 27 years but split in November 2021, are also parents to Aspyn, Paedon, Gwendlyn, Ysabel, and Truely. Mykelti has expressed her belief that her father, Kody, will no longer practice plural marriage, as he is now only married to Robyn Brown after divorcing his other wives, Janelle Brown and Meri Brown.
“Mykelti shared on her Patreon page in April that part of the reason is because neither of her parents, her dad and her moms, are actively involved in the religion anymore. We grew up in the Apostolic United Brethren, which has a basis in polygamy and is connected to Mormonism. However, they no longer participate in the church or hold onto those beliefs.” Padron supported his wife's statement, expressing strong doubts that Kody would take on any additional wives after Robyn, who is 44 years old. "I have serious doubts about that happening," he added. "I'm almost certain it won't."
Christine, on the other hand, has found happiness with David Woolley. They became engaged in April, just under a year after they started dating.
In a statement to We, Christine expressed, "David treats me like royalty and reminds me of my beauty every day. I have never experienced love like this before, and with him by my side, the world feels more vibrant. I am incredibly thrilled for the amazing journey we will embark on together for the rest of our lives."
