Kevin Costner's wife, Christine Baumgartner, will soon have to leave their California home. However, recent photos reveal that her radiant vacation charm remains intact. On Monday, July 24, the 49-year-old was seen leaving a pharmacy in Montecito upon her return from a trip to Hawaii. In the pictures, Baumgartner sports a cheerful smile, dressed casually in denim shorts and a T-shirt with "sun kissed" printed on it. Completing her ensemble, she carries a beige Prada bag and dons white Birkenstock sandals.
Earlier this month, a judge ruled that Baumgartner must vacate the home she currently resides in with Costner, 68, before the month ends. Costner had previously requested for Baumgartner to move out by July 13. In response, Baumgartner requested to leave in August, but her request was denied by the judge.
In May, we confirmed that Baumgartner had filed for divorce from Costner after almost 20 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. The estranged couple have three children together: Cayden, 16, Logan, 14, and Grace, 13. (Costner also has children from previous marriages: Annie, 39, Lily, 36, and Joe, 35, with ex-wife Cindy Silva, and Liam, 26, with Bridget Rooney.)

Costner and Baumgartner are currently embroiled in a contentious legal dispute regarding their finances, property, and child support arrangements. In court documents recently obtained by Us, Costner expressed concern that Baumgartner may take more than her fair share of household items when she moves out.
Responding to Costner's complaints, Baumgartner dismissed them as trivial, assuring that she has no intention of stripping the house bare. She further claimed to have provided a written list of items she planned to take, which includes dining chairs, silverware, pots, pans, furniture, and her e-bike.
Costner objected to Baumgartner's property list, claiming that it was too vague for him to agree to remove the items. The objection pointed out that Baumgartner listed "Plates and bowls/silverware" without providing specific details about which plates, bowls, and silverware were being referred to. Additionally, the objection addressed Baumgartner's inclusion of "Christine's family heirlooms and/or gifts to her" without specifying which specific items were believed to have been gifted to her, as opposed to both parties or the children.
Baumgartner accused Costner of wanting to control the process of her moving out of the family home. In her response, she mentioned that Kevin wants to have the final say on whether she can remove her personal items from the house or storage unit. For example, she gave the example of not being able to remove her mother's childhood dresser without meeting and conferring with Kevin and obtaining his approval.
Despite Baumgartner's objections, a judge ruled on July 13 that she can only take her toiletries, clothing, handbags, and jewelry from the home. Costner mentioned that once they reach a written agreement, his estranged wife will be allowed to take additional items.
