The 41-year-old star, who is expecting a baby with boyfriend Oli Green, made a fashion statement at the Vogue World: London celebration in September by wearing a bump-baring Schiaparelli two-piece.
The ivory ensemble from the fashion house's fall/winter 2023 runway, featuring a sculpted cropped shirt and a billowing balloon skirt, has become an unforgettable look. Despite initially feeling apprehensive about taking such a major fashion risk, Miller confessed to Vogue in her winter 2024 cover story that once she had it on, everything else seemed boring. She expressed that she was nervous at first but admitted that she felt like she would cherish the photo for the rest of her baby's life.
Speaking to Vogue, Miller stated that she wore the outfit as a deliberate statement to challenge the stigma and shame surrounding pregnancy at older ages. She expressed her hope to reach a point where she doesn't feel the need to make light of her age and pregnancy, and suggested that the Schiaparelli outfit was her way of embracing and owning the situation.

When asked if Marlow is excited about the pregnancy, Miller initially mentioned the idea of having a sister, then quickly corrected herself with an accidental gender reveal. Miller's pregnancy was confirmed in August, with photos showing her flaunting her baby bump in Ibiza and shared by People.
