Jodie Turner-Smith and Joshua Jackson are parting ways.
The "Queen & Slim" star filed a petition to divorce Jackson on Monday in Los Angeles, according to court records.
They got married in 2019 and have a young daughter together. Turner-Smith has asked for joint custody of their child. In early September, the couple was spotted celebrating Turner-Smith's birthday in New York.
They crossed paths in 2018 during a Usher event, as she disclosed on "Late Night with Seth Meyers" in 2021.
"When my spouse and I initially connected, it was through a one-night encounter," she shared. "Currently, we find ourselves in a prolonged one-night stand of two to three years."
CNN has contacted representatives of both Jacksons and Turner-Smiths for comment regarding Jackson's statement made on "Watch What Happens Live" in May, where he expressed falling in love with Turner-Smith upon her entrance into the room.
