Seth Rogen and Lauren Miller have been going strong for nearly two decades.
The comedic actor and his wife first crossed paths at a friend's gathering in 2004, before his fame from The 40-Year-Old Virgin. Miller shared with Vulture in 2012 that neither of them knew each other at the time, and that she was initially shy around guys while he himself displayed some awkwardness and peculiar behavior around girls.
After an unforgettable first date, seven years later, the couple finally got married in 2011. They have chosen not to have children and instead, dedicate their time to their careers, their Alzheimer's foundation, and their relationship.
"It's truly remarkable that we both have the same interests," Miller, who is also a writer, revealed exclusively to We in March 2022. "Being able to discuss similar topics and having a mutual understanding of each other's professions has been incredibly beneficial."

2004
Although they initially crossed paths at a birthday celebration hosted by a common friend, it was their inaugural date that etched a lasting impression.
In a 2018 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Miller recounted the unforgettable experience, where they engaged in a round of mini-golf before unexpectedly being involved in a severe freeway collision. Recounting the incident, Miller disclosed that their car was purportedly struck by a teenager who had illicitly acquired his father's vehicle.
“[Seth] totaled his car, my roommate had to come drive him home, and that was our first date,” she recalled.

2011
Rogen and Miller exchanged vows and officially became husband and wife in a glamorous wedding ceremony at Kunde Estate in Sonoma, California, one year after their engagement. The ceremony was conducted by a female rabbi, and the joyous couple celebrated their special day surrounded by esteemed guests such as Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann.
2012
Following the diagnosis of Miller's mother with early on-set Alzheimer's, he and Rogen established their nonprofit initiative, Hilarity for Charity. (Miller's mother unfortunately passed away in 2020 when she was 55 years old.)
“It has given significance and purpose to the immense loss in my life. Personally, I have gained immense value from the fortunate opportunity we had to assist others, which, in turn, has aided me in processing the devastating illness that my mother battled,” Miller exclusively told Us in March 2022. “So, it truly encompasses a range of emotions for us. From overwhelming joy to tearful moments of disbelief that we have been able to engage in this incredible endeavor.”

2018
According to Rogen, he expressed his contentment with his wife and mentioned his willingness to renew their vows. He humorously stated, "Absolutely, I would happily participate in another wedding. It would be enjoyable. I am always up for a celebration."
“Renew our vows?” Miller said excitedly. “Does that mean we can have another wedding?”
2020

Rogen shared his perspective on his and Miller's choice to forgo having children and emphasized the positive impact it has had on their lives.
"In the end, it's a personal decision. Some individuals desire to have children while others do not," he expressed during his appearance on "The Diary of a CEO" podcast. "Society often expects us to follow a conventional path of getting married and starting a family. However, both my wife and I never felt compelled by that traditional narrative. As we grow older, we become increasingly content and confident in our decision to remain child-free."
He added, "We find ourselves in the peak of our lives, with greater intelligence than ever before. We possess a heightened understanding of ourselves, enabling us to attain unparalleled levels of productivity, communication, and mutual concern. Moreover, we have the opportunity to lead a lifestyle together that was previously unattainable."
