Subsequently, she was subsequently released from custody.

Following her separation from Patrick Carney, the vocalist was apprehended in Nashville on charges of domestic assault and subsequently detained. She was granted release upon posting a $1,000 bail and assigned a court hearing for November 2022.

In April 2022, the ex-American female soccer goalie faced arrest for several allegations, including misdemeanor child abuse, resisting arrest, and impaired driving. The apprehension took place within the vicinity of a Walmart in North Carolina, with her two children, Lozen and Vittorio, also present in the vehicle.

The Flash actor was taken into custody in Hilo, Hawaii, in March 2022 for disorderly conduct and harassment charges following a dispute at a bar. According to a police report, Miller had allegedly engaged in disruptive behavior by shouting obscenities while fellow patrons were participating in karaoke. They also reportedly grabbed a microphone from a female individual. In addition, the Fantastic Beasts star reportedly made an aggressive move towards a man involved in a dart game. Miller was released from police custody upon posting bail of $500.

Jussie Smollett, an actor from the TV show Empire, was found guilty and convicted of five out of six felony counts of disorderly conduct in December 2021. In March 2022, he received a sentence of 150 days in jail, followed by 30 months of probation. Additionally, he was ordered to pay over $120,000 in restitution, as well as a $25,000 fine. Smollett's charges stemmed from his false reports to the police regarding a racist and homophobic attack he claimed to be a victim of in January 2019. Despite his sentencing, he maintained his plea of not guilty and continued to deny orchestrating the incident.

Following the filing of charges, the artist surrendered themselves to a Chicago police station. They now face 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse relating to incidents that occurred between 1998 and 2010, involving four victims. It is important to note that at least three of these victims were between the ages of 13 and 17.

Jussie Smollett

On February 21, 2019, the Empire star was apprehended on charges of falsifying a police report. The star had previously stated that he had been subjected to a discriminatory and homophobic assault in Chicago, which occurred one month earlier. The actor faced a felony disorderly conduct accusation. During a press conference, the police alleged that Smollett had orchestrated the attack due to dissatisfaction with his salary.

In Natchez, Mississippi, on February 12, 2019, Jamie Lynn Spears' former fiancé was apprehended for the possession of oxycodone, Xanax, lorazepam, and drug paraphernalia. According to Jay Rivera, an officer from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, authorities responded to the couple's residence and discovered that the software engineer had sustained injuries. Rivera clarified, "His lip was swollen, and his gums and teeth were bloodied." The TV personality was apprehended for domestic battery in November of 2018, while her season of 90 Day Fiancé was being broadcasted. Prior to her arrest, she displayed peculiar conduct on social media, altering her profile name to @helpmeimwithoutphone and posting, "HELP ME ... HE TURNED OFF HIDE MY PHONE HELP ME HE WANTS TO CALL THE POLICE HELP ME." Colt Johnson, who encountered Dos Santos Lima online and proposed to her only five days after their initial meeting in Mexico, later clarified in messages that have now been deleted, "Larissa was taken into custody this afternoon. She grapples with intense anxiety and numerous episodes of depression. She overreacted to non-existent issues." Dos Santos Lima had been apprehended a few months earlier on a similar charge, but the accusation was subsequently dismissed.

In September 2018, following his conviction for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, the shamed comedian received a prison sentence of three to 10 years. Despite Cosby's plea for bail, Judge Steven O’Neill rejected it and ordered his transfer to a state prison facility.

In September 2018, the reality TV personality from Southern Charm found himself in legal trouble when he was apprehended for the offense of assault and battery in the second degree. Following the issuance of a warrant relating to an alleged incident in 2015 involving his former nanny, who has accused him of being naked and attempting to coerce her into a sexual act, Ravenel turned himself in to the Charleston police. It is worth noting that another woman has also come forward, accusing Ravenel of sexual assault. Fortunately for him, Ravenel was released the same day as his arrest.

Amanda Stanton

A September 2018 arrest on a charge of battery domestic violence was made against The Bachelor alum. The alleged altercation with her boyfriend, Bobby Jacobs, took place in Las Vegas and was confirmed by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to We.

Orlando Brown

The ex That's So Raven actor was apprehended in Las Vegas in September 2018 on charges of burglary. Per TMZ, he was captured on video surveillance altering the locks within Legends Restaurant & Venue, which is under the ownership of Brown’s companion Danny Boy. Boy refuted Brown's allegations that the actor had come to change the locks for the police.

On July 23, 2018, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office apprehended the Teen Mom OG celebrity due to "previous charges or other reasons." According to the inmate information system, the offense recorded was possession of a controlled substance.

Kiari Kendrell Cephus, known as the Migos rapper, was apprehended by the police on July 20, 2018. The reason for the arrest was his violation of the traffic rules by improperly changing lanes. During the course of the arrest, law enforcement officers discovered three firearms in his possession. It is worth mentioning that the artist recently became a father, as he and his wife Cardi B welcomed a baby girl into the world earlier this month. As a result of the incident, Cephus faced four charges: possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a weapon during a crime, possession of a small quantity of marijuana (one ounce or less), and the violation of the traffic laws regarding lane changes.

Stormy Daniels

The adult film actress was apprehended during her performance at a strip club in Columbus, Ohio, on July 11. She faced charges for three counts of engaging in inappropriate physical contact with a customer, classified as a misdemeanor offense. Legal representative Michael Avenatti labeled the arrest as "a deliberate scheme intended to discredit her politically" through a series of tweets. Avenatti further stated that Daniels, who is currently suing President Donald Trump regarding a nondisclosure agreement pertaining to their alleged extramarital relationship, intends to enter a plea of not guilty and will vigorously contest all accusations.

Hopper Penn, the son of Sean Penn and Robin Wright, was taken into custody in Nebraska on April 4, 2018. He was charged with possessing a controlled substance, specifically psilocybin, as well as being in possession of 1 ounce or less of marijuana. Prior to her arrest, De Lesseps reportedly issued death threats, stating, "I'm going to kill you all." These charges have emerged almost a year after the Bravo personality tied the knot with Tom D'Agostino Jr. in Palm Beach on New Year's Eve. However, the couple announced their divorce just seven months later amidst speculations of D'Agostino's marital infidelity.

On November 25, 2017, the Glee alum was taken into custody in West Virginia for domestic battery. The altercation took place at their residence, involving her husband, Ryan Dorsey. According to the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office, the disagreement between the actress and her husband revolved around their 2-year-old son, Josey. It was also suggested that alcohol possibly contributed to the incident. Dorsey alleged that Rivera struck him in the head and bottom lip while they were taking their son for a walk.

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police Department had issued a warrant for her arrest following an incident in January. It was alleged that she had inadvertently left a personal item on a flight to Washington D.C., which was later discovered to contain traces of a prohibited narcotic. While she was making her way back to the United States from Canada, her tour bus was halted by the Customs and Border Patrol. In Iowa, Soules was apprehended following a tragic automobile collision on April 24, 2017. Authorities disclosed that the Bachelor star from season 19 collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer, causing both vehicles to veer into a nearby ditch. On December 29, 2016, Taylor Swift's former partner found himself arrested following a bar altercation outside Bootsy Bellows in Aspen, Colorado. The Melrose Place actress faced arrest on September 27, 2008, under suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI). Although the blood test did not detect any traces of alcohol or illegal drugs in Locklear's system, the district attorney contended that the prescription medications she was taking for anxiety and depression might have impaired her driving capabilities. Ultimately, Locklear entered a no-contest plea for reckless driving, resulting in the dismissal of the DUI charges. Consequently, the actress received a sentence of three years of informal probation, enrollment in a DMV driver safety class, and a fine of $700.

Lindsay Lohan

Downey, who was found to have traces of cocaine in his system, pled no contest to the original arrest charges and was mandated to complete a drug rehabilitation program. Furthermore, he was put on a three-year probation period.

On September 11, 2009, Dobrev and her Vampire Diaries co-stars Candice Accola, Sara Canning, and Kayla Ewell found themselves in legal trouble in Smarr, GA. They were arrested for engaging in a daring photo shoot on a bridge, where they allegedly exposed themselves to passing drivers on Highway I-75. Alongside them, Tyler Shields, the photographer behind the shoot, was also taken into custody. The charges pressed against the group were disorderly conduct, but they were later released on bond.
