Catherine ruled Russia from 1762 to 1796 and was featured as a leader in Civilization 4's main game. She also appeared in several other Civilization games, including the popular console spin-off Civilization Revolution. Catherine's focus was on expanding her nation and promoting culture. In Civilization 4, Catherine possessed the Creative and Imperialistic Traits, the former allowing theaters and coliseums to be produced twice as quickly, and the latter enabling settlers to be produced at double the speed.

Charlemagne - Holy Roman

A formidable ruler in the world of Civilization 4, Charlemagne, the leader of the Holy Roman Empire, poses as a formidable adversary and an immensely gratifying character to assume control of.
